Let's visit local workshop to unfold the magic of Greek pottery. Glay is the symbol of creativity, many myths describe it to be the material out of which the first men, plants and animals come to be. Every hand-made object is unique, like in life, no two are perfectly identical. Perfection is boring, there is no room to boredom in the world of Greek ceramics.

It’s just a dream scene for someone who likes to take pictures! The Old Town of Rhodes is a very inspiring place. Mandraki Harbour
1 hour 30 min
Mandraki Harbour has been in use since ancient times and was formerly the military port of Rhodes; it was protected from attack by gigantic chains across its narrow mouth and later by the impregnable bulk of the Fort of St Nicholas, built in 1467 and still watching over the marina. Over the centuries the harbor was also a successful and rich trading port but these days its role in Rhodes life is entirely peaceful; a fetching clutch of billionaires’ super-yachts bob in the marina alongside traditional fishing boats and a multitude of tour boats, which depart every day in summer to visit islands off the coast of Rhodes – including Symi and Nisyros – as well as ferrying visitors to local beaches and on diving trips.

Medieval City
30 min
Wine is just as much a part of Greek culture as the temples of ancient Greece. Just look at all those statues of Dionysus, the god of wine and pleasure who made it his mission to spread this gift. But going our wine-tasting is about much more than myths and history. It’s one of the best ways to really explore Greece in general and Rhodes in particular. Doing that through wines gets really interesting as you’re introduced to the local grape varieties that give local wines their unique colour and flavour. According to expert feedback of some experienced wine lovers, local wines can easily compete with good Italian, French & American ones.
